I absolutely love sweet peas, my go to order is the rosemary crab cake Benedict and my boyfriend gets the chicken fried steak. The service is always great, we are always so well taken care of when we go and we have been going for the past 4 years. It's a little noisy but that's to he expected with sit down restaurants, the decor is super cute and the natural lighting from the windows is nice. Overall I would say this is one of the best breakfast spots in auburn... way better than whatever is across the street.

I always get a good breakfast here but surprised they don't open until 8 AM. The staff have a great sense of humor and work hard.

Phenomenal service. Amazing food. This is a favorite stop anytime we're going to the Bay Area as it's kind of a half way point. The staff is so friendly and I had guests in town from Spain and the owner was funny and took the time to chat with them in English and Spanish which was super cool. I had the biscuits and gravy and it was phenomenal. Paired with the country potatoes it was a great way to start the day

We love this restaurant. Great food. Always prepared perfectly. My husband always gets steak and eggs. Always loves a tender steak. The staff is so friendly. Service is always excellent. The decor is filled with history and old timey charm. I'm not sure if he is a manager but one of the employees pours coffee as a performance. Great experience.

Great place for a business lunch. A little out of the way in Los Gatos - so makes sense only if you are in the area

When I visit Auburn, CA, Sweetpea's is a must stop for breakfast or lunch. I have never had bad service here. The Family feel makes for a very relaxed eating experience. The food here is delicious and hearty. If you are hungry, you are going to get big portions here. I love looking at the menu and seeing items named after long time customers that they created. This restaurant is a must when you are in Auburn, CA

I ordered my usual mini breakfast number three which is always fine and this time a cup of diner coffee, and I must say I was surprised to find out that it was more than a third of the cost of the breakfast alone. $10.49 for breakfast plate (good) plus $3.99 for coffee (unremarkable) means next time I'll carry in my to-go coffee in my own thermos. Tacky as that sounds. I am aware the coffee is refillable, but I've never been to a diner where it wasn't so that's not a selling point for me. Plus when I dine at TJ's in Colfax, the senior breakfast is the same as the mini breakfast here (little larger actually) plus your diner coffee is included so I think I got spoiled. Service always friendly and good!
